The month's seem to go so quickly, its seems as though time is speeding up or there is an urgency to get things done. But we must always remember to take some time out even a day or a period of time to  stand back, pause and reward ourselves for all the things we achieve every day and be in gratitude for all that we receive and have. Stop and enjoy nature, this is a vision I love :)   DREAMS: I am often asked about what dreams mean? There are so many interpretations of dreams, its endless, but on reading Dr Orloff's book, Second Sight, I found it facinating the way she explained how to use your dreams intuitively to help answer some of your questions with this dream technique.  I have found a video on U Tube that will help explain this for you.
